Manufacturing technology of steel pipe was established in the early 18th century and has been developed into the utilization of present-day innovation. There are three primary strategies:
- Seamless – squeeze tube made by hot-rolling into the die. Measurement of the pipeline does not surpass 500mm. Most dependable and costly.
- Welding – the steel is bent into shape, by welding. Less expensive, yet it is considered to be seamless and solid in high-pressure circumstances.
- Casting – hot liquid steel is filled in molds in this technique. Tubes made by using the casting technique is consistent and solid.
